ConnectCurator Terms of Use

Welcome to ConnectCurator! These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the services provided by ConnectCurator through our website (ConnectCurator.ai), our web app (app.connectcurator.ai), and our Chrome extension (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use ConnectCurator, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. By using ConnectCurator, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use ConnectCurator, you must register for an account using your Google login. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to update your account as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

Providing accurate onboarding information, such as company name, value proposition, and signals for monitoring.
Entering valid accounts for the purpose of receiving signals.
Refraining from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of the Services.
Not using automated systems to access the Services, except with our express permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate any acceptable use standards or engage in activities that may harm ConnectCurator, our users, or our affiliates.

4. User Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (ConnectCurator.ai/legal/privacy-policy) describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and handling of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. ConnectCurator takes reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Intellectual Property

ConnectCurator retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including intellectual property rights. You agree that you will not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services without ConnectCurator’s express written permission.

License

Subject to these Terms, ConnectCurator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Payment and Credits

ConnectCurator operates on a credit-based model:

Free Tier: Users receive 10 credits upon registration.
Paid Credits: Users may purchase additional credits at the rate specified on our Pricing page. Credits are deducted based on usage within the platform.

All payments are final, and credits do not expire. ConnectCurator may, at its discretion, issue refunds in certain cases of error.

7. Modification of Services and Terms

ConnectCurator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

ConnectCurator may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm ConnectCurator or other users. Upon termination, your access to your account and any data or credits may be revoked.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@connectcurator.ai. ConnectCurator reserves the right to retain information as required by law or as permitted in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ConnectCurator provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ConnectCurator does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectCurator, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall ConnectCurator’s total liability exceed the amounts paid by you for use of the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConnectCurator, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through arbitration in [City, State, India] under the jurisdiction of Indian law.

13. Age Compliance

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. By accessing or using ConnectCurator, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
