What this integration does

ConnectCurator delivers real-time account intelligence across your target accounts, current customers, and competitors. With the HubSpot integration, you can send verified signals and summaries directly into HubSpot so your team has up-to-date context where they already work.

Typical use cases

  • Keep sales and CS teams aligned on account movement.
  • Push key signals into HubSpot when a company's intent or activity changes.
  • Share evidence-backed insights without manual copy/paste.

Connect HubSpot

  1. In ConnectCurator, open Settings > Configure.
  2. Find "Export company insights to HubSpot automatically."
  3. Click Connect HubSpot.
  4. You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection.
  5. After authorization, you will return to ConnectCurator and see Connected.
  6. If the integration expires, you will be prompted to reconnect.

Export signals manually

You can export signals on demand from two places:

A) Account row menu

  • On the Dashboard, open the menu (...) for any account.
  • Click Export to HubSpot.

B) Intelligence report modal

  • Open an account's Signals & Source Intelligence view.
  • Click Export > Export to HubSpot.

Set up monthly auto-export

If you want signals sent to HubSpot automatically:

  1. Add a company to your watchlist.
  2. Under Monthly Auto-Export to HubSpot, toggle Auto-Export to HubSpot.
  3. ConnectCurator will send monthly signals and updates to HubSpot for that account.

What gets sent to HubSpot

Exports include the signal summary plus supporting context, such as:

  • Signal text
  • Why this matters
  • Recommended angle
Make sure the company domain is set

Exports are tied to the account's company domain, so ensure each account has a valid domain before exporting.

Troubleshooting

"Missing company domain for HubSpot export."

Add or correct the company domain for that account.

"No signals available to export."

Wait until insights are ready for the account.

Connection expired

Reconnect HubSpot in Settings > Configure.

Each export includes the signal summary, signal text, why it matters, and a recommended angle so reps can act fast.

Where do I enable auto-export?

Add the company to your watchlist, then toggle Monthly Auto-Export to HubSpot for that account.

What if my HubSpot connection expires?

You will be prompted to reconnect in Settings > Configure to resume exports.
